Account Representative
KCEP Power 88.1 FM is seeking an experienced leader to serve as a Account Representative for public urban radio. This position is responsible for developing and maintaining corporate and business support for KCEP. Identifies potential business contributors and prepares customized proposals and presentations based on market research and demographics. Suggests appropriated donation level and underwriting announcement schedule. Writes announcement copy within FCC regulations. Secures sponsorships for station events and special programming. Works with Programming Department to manage traffic functions and billing.

College Internship Opportunities
Power 88 is continuously accepting inquiries from individuals that are in currently enrolled in a college or university. These individuals should have a serious focus in the area of broadcasting or journalism.
Clark County Summer Business Institute
Founded in 1996, the Summer Business Institute represents a collaborative effort between the Clark County Human Resources Department, Clark County School District, UNLV and the local business community. The focus of the program is to give youth opportunities to experience a corporate environment from working inside. The Summer Business Institute features an eight week internship, which includes business mentoring, life skills training, financial management and a civic engagement project.
Station Volunteers
Without the generous help of Public Radio volunteers, we would be lost. An on-air fundraiser can require upwards of 50 individuals to answer phones. Volunteers form their own special community; some return every year to help in fund drives. Some are familiar to all our listeners as music hosts and announcers.
