Born and raised in Chicago, notaboiDJ began her journey to becoming a disc jockey in 2018. Now residing in Las Vegas, she took lessons to learn how to DJ at guitar center and easily learned the craft. She was raised by a mother who sings (& currently performs with "V. Holmes A Tribute To The Motown Greats") and a host of family who sing. As an adolescent, notaboiDJ also sang and played the piano. She has always been musically inclined, which made learning the art of becoming a DJ almost effortless

Surrounding herself around anything and everyone involving music, gives her many opportunities to perform at different events for various persons. She has an affinity for all music, including but not limited to: Hip Hop, R&B, Pop and Gospel. And her music selection is open format!

With notaboiDJ’s vivacious, lively, and happy-go-lucky disposition, everyone she collaborates with is always eager to work with her. Driven by a passion for how music can lift anyone’s spirit, notaboidj is definitely a crowd pleaser!
