Rufus Harrison is a well-traveled, smooth-voiced broadcaster. In addition to radio, Rufus has done modeling, television commercials, and movies, and attained his Masters Degree from University of Phoenix. He also does voice-overs for local production companies and is the producer of the syndicated jazz program “The Groove” which can be heard locally on KCEP FM 88.1. With regard to his time spent in the market on various stations with different formats, management, and systems, he feels blessed to be back at KCEP. “When I began here in Las Vegas in ’96 things were much different than they are now. I am really proud to be associated with the growth and community involvement here at KCEP 88.1”. The extension of his talent to the theatrical stage is something new. “I have always loved the intimacy of the stage. The audience is right there with you giving you immediate feedback on you performance. This production is the first of many that I pray I’ll be associated with”.
